Diversity and Inclusion
Policies and initiatives are implemented to promote diversity and inclusion across our workforce, including recruitment and retention programmes, training and development opportunities, and employee resource groups. Women make up a total of 4% of Gravita's permanent workforce as of 31st March 2022.
