Celebration and respecting any regional & national festival has been the culture at GRAVITA. One of the major festivals of India, Holi is celebrated with enthusiasm and gaiety on the full moon day in the month of Phalgun which is the month of March as per the Gregorian calendar. Holi festival has been celebrated with various names and people of different states might be following different traditions. But, what makes Holi so unique and special is the spirit of it which remains the same throughout the country and even across the globe, wherever it is celebrated.
To celebrate the spirit of united colors of Happiness and togetherness, all employees across Head Office and Plant in Jaipur, wears a festive look on 15th March 2014. All colleagues first went at School which has been adopted by GRAVITA as part of our commitment to ensure ‘’ Education for all ‘’ under CSR policy. Gravitians spent the good time while meeting with Kids and teaching staff of school. Kids extended a warm welcome to all employees and express their gratitude towards GRAVITA contribution to this Nobel cause. The kids also shared their aspirations and dreams to achieve with this support. After that, all colleagues gathered at Phagi Plant for inauguration of New Admin block and participated in Puja ceremony. A visit to factory has been organized to make all colleagues familiar with new setup and knowhow of factory operation. After having mouthwatering breakfast of Kachori and tea, all colleagues gathered at Saurabh Farm for exciting Volley Ball matches which taken the excitement to next level. 5 matches were played with cross functional team and many hidden talents explored during these matches. Exclusive Holi lunch has been arranged in new cafeteria with delicious ethnic food and sweets. Gulal Holi reminded everyone of the childhood and child within each of colleague rose to the occasion. Dance, Antakasri and Holi songs raise the bar of talent in GRAVITA. Some imaginary performances observed in these areas .With a commitment that this united color of GRAVITA will demonstrate same spirit in action and thoughts, colleagues called it a day with memories of happiness forever.
