Gravita's Ghana unit, Recyclers Ghana Ltd., is strategically located in Shai Hills, Shai-Osudoku district, about 80 km from Accra, with the nearest port being Tema. Since its inception in 2019, the plant excels in battery dismantling, smelting, and refining operations, catering primarily to Europe, Turkey, and the US market. Our eco-friendly recycling facilities offer refined lead and customised alloys production for OEMs. We also export aluminium cast alloys and plastic chips & granules to Southeast Asia, China, Europe, and the US market. Our present recycling capacity is nearly 28,200** MT per year.
