Various engagement platforms are established, such as community meetings, customer feedback mechanisms, and employee forums, to ensure that we are listening and responding to the needs of our stakeholders. Vibrant engagement platforms with customers and suppliers/partners include regular business meetings, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.

We have implemented rigorous quality control measures across our operations to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Diversity and Inclusion
Policies and initiatives are implemented to promote diversity and inclusion across our workforce, including recruitment and retention programmes, training and development opportunities, and employee resource groups. Women make up a total of 4% of Gravita's permanent workforce as of 31st March 2022.
